A southern California native, Phil’s called San Diego home since the skyscrapers were five stories high and the Padres still lived in churches. Eileen, on the other hand, arrived in San Diego with her distinctive Irish accent in ’92 and soon after met Phil. The two quickly hit it off and were married six years later in ’98.
